Ogame where should i colonize
Because the colonies do not appear in the player search engine, that is, if you look for a player it will give you the location of their first planet, the main one but not the colonies, this is good and at the same time it is bad, since the colonies, unlike of the main planet, if they can be destroyed. But with a good defense and a good strategy you can survive quite well.
Ogame tactics, guide to colonize. The Apple Cloud Guide Part two. Tagged in : colonize , Ogame , Tactics. Share Article:. I know that just starting out that seems like a lot and like you would never use that many, but you use that many and then some. Terraformers do not cost a ton really compared to the fields you gain if you are mining, but in order to build them you must produce a lot of energy.
While terraformers do not use any energy like a mine does, to build each level, you must have the current energy production that the terraformer level specifies. At first it is easy, but once you get to terraformer level 5 you will need to have 64, energy production to upgrade to level 6.
This is generally where I would say most miners get stuck for a while because that is a lot of energy and you have to have large investments in fusions or a ton of sats to make that work. Thus, with the lifespan of a starting Ogame players these days I would venture that most do not ever see the need for terraformer 6 meaning that most miners will reasonably get 22 extra fields from a terraformer before they they do not feel like building higher or they have quit the game.
The lifers will see terraformer 6 but not most players now a days. Only thing I disagree with is size of planets, I don't keep anything below fields and even that starts to be a tight squeeze but that could be because I like to make sure I can research or build any thing or any ship on any planet and not being limited to a planet for research and a planet for this and a planet for that, I can do everything on every planet. With 8x eco you can switch to Fusion and energy tech to power your mines after a while, which means you can deconstruct your solar planets to create more fields, especially if you plan to relocate to slots like slot 15 for better deut production, your solar sats will become useless in these slots.
While you start though I would get 4 planets as close together as possible,, with the thought in mind that you will dump them in the future, just to get your production up quickly which will make building up your keeper planets a bit easier, once you have 9 colonies you can start dumping these smaller planets one at a time, don't forget to scrap your defence and sats before you dump them, so you can take that res to help build up it's replacement. If you plan to supplement your mines with raiding inactive players, then you need to spread your planets out a bit so you have a larger raiding area, if you are just relying on your mines, the closer the better, but also remember as a miner you will most likely trade with other players, so make sure your planets are in a busy area so you can do trades quickly.
Hope that helps you a little. Thank you in advance. Personally I'm a fan of having my colonies well spread out. I hope this helps! Have a great day! Colonize all on 8th spot 2. Get to 15 planets 3. Relocate all to 1 system 4. Adding more planets can increase your resource production and the reach of your fleets. To colonize a new planet, you must send a colony ship on the colonization mission type.
The ship will only colonize the planet if you have a sufficient level of astrophysics technology to allow another planet above what you already have. Every other level 1,3,5,7 of astrophysics allows you an additional colony slot refer to the table in astrophysics for more details.
The position you pick in a solar system will determine the planet you receive and what it will produce. You can use the following chart to determine the expected image a planet will receive if a certain position is colonized. OGame Wiki Explore. Research Construction Fleet Missions attack, etc.
