Handicap Accessibility. Logistics The Highlands terminal is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Parking Parking is free at our main parking lot at Shore Drive, and at our satellite parking lot at Shore Drive. Overnight parking is available at our satellite parking lot at Shore Drive. There is no overnight parking allowed at our main lot at Shore Drive. Free shuttle service is not currently available between our satellite parking lot and our ferry terminal Monday — Friday for all morning and afternoon departures.

When dropping off or picking up passengers, you are not permitted to stop or sit in any fire zones which includes the entire area along the bulkhead. The bulkhead area is a legal fire zone.

Highlands Police enforce restrictions and may issue tickets to cars stopped or sitting in the fire zones. Please know that there is no grace period for this violation. The Monmouth County Health Department will be conducting a sweep in the near future.

Please be advised that this is your warning so that the issuance of unnecessary fines can be avoided. Once across the Highlands Bridge, turn right at the second light at Linden Ave. Commuter parking is located on your left Lot 2 and right Lot 1 as you come down First Ave towards the Seastreak office.

Additional parking is available in the small lot located next to the Seastreak Ticket Office Lot 1 and in our lots on Bay Avenue. Overnight, one-night, and long term parking is allowed in the fenced-in Seastreak lot across the street from the ticket office Lot 3 , and at our fenced-in lot along Bay Avenue Lot 4. All other parking lots in the area are municipal parking not Seastreak property and there is absolutely no overnight parking permitted in municipal parking, regardless of snow removal or not.

Any cars left overnight in municipal parking will be towed by the Atlantic Highlands Police Department at owners expense. Make a left on Ocean Ave and follow north over Highlands Bridge. Go to the seventh light approximately 3 miles to First Avenue in Atlantic Highlands.
